Babies teeth coming through?

I think my 8 month old DS is teething and his 2 front teeth are coming through, do these look like his teeth are coming through? He's very irritable, crying alot and he normally sleeps throughout the night (I'm so grateful for that lol) but recently he's been waking up a couple times through the night. His cheeks arnt red though? Does it sound like he's teething? Also sometimes bonjela doesn't help ease his pain so I give him Calpol. I just want his teeth to come through so he's not in pain and also because how cute are babies first teeth :))

Yes it does look like they're coming through. Try him with ibruprofen, it's much better for dental pain than calpol. I'd also put some Dentinox gel on before food or milk feed.

Things like frozen banana, chunks of cool cucumber, homemade ice lollies or watermelon should help him as well Smile

Yep. His cheeks will only be red if molars come in.

Calpol is your friend. Bonjela did bugger all for DS

Ibuprofen is much stronger on babies livers than paracetamol.
However we sometimes had to give both. Ds really suffered badly with his teeth coming in.
