Nappy rash

DS has some nappy rash developing, he's 18months, am I best to use sudocream? How much? Should I chabge him more frequently and give him air time.

I'd use Metanium and yes to changing more frequently and lots of no nappy time. Probably best to try this in the garden though to save your floors...Smile

I agree with the above. With Metanium you need to apply it in a really thin layer.

I always found sudacreme to be awful. Try the yellow metanium just a think layer it’s good stuff
