Reflux/colic/strong let down/none of the above??

My DD is 4 weeks old, combi fed via breastfeeding and formula. I think she may have reflux and I've seen so many people have prescriptions for it but I don't know what's normal etc or if the issue is actually something else.

So I'm just gonna give a run down of the issues and if I could just get opinions/advice that'd be grand, ta.

She has formula before bed and once in the night, the rest of the time she's breastfed. During the day (when BF) she has a lot of trouble with wind and can be very unsettled with it. In the afternoons she basically either asleep (rarely), feeding, or she's screaming. On formula at night she doesn't have this issue anywhere near as much. She does suffer with reflux whenever she is laid flat, which is mostly at night. We feed her sitting up, she is well burped with the help of infacol, and she then is held upright before being put back down. She falls asleep easily after being fed and is put down easily. But she will then stir and seem uncomfortable every 5-10 minutes, usually for hours after a feed, and this then results in her spitting up at some point. It's not projectile and she's not upset at having done it, but the fussing won't stop, she'll continue every 5 or so mins again. If I pick her up and hold her upright, she goes right off to sleep and happily stays that way. I should also say she did this before we introduced formula at night, so I don't think the formula has caused the reflux - she's actually more settled and less refluxy on it.
Other things to note - my daytime milk supply isn't great yet but I think I have a fairly strong let down - she drains a side within 10 mins and always has done, and sometimes she gets a full milk jet facial if she pulls off quickly. She also coughs sometimes.
I have considered whether she has a sensitivity as she's more settled on formula than she is on breast?
She also hiccups alot.

Basically I want to know if any of this is worth talking to a Dr about or whether she is just being a normal newborn. What's the threshold for normal behaviour vs. Reflux/ colic/allergy.

Thank you!
