Travel buggy for tall parents

Can anyone recommend a cheap travel buggy that has adjustable handles so doesn't break our backs pushing. I'm 5ft 10 and OH is 6ft6.

I had the mclaren XT, that has adjustable handles (I’m 6ft0.5”)
