What do you think of my idea?

Hi,

I created a website which would help mums to meet other parents in their neighbourhood. The idea came about when my daughter was born and I wanted to make new mum friends and join in with a like-minded local community.

It is purely to create a community and not for profit, members’ details are safe and nobody else can see your postcode.

The website has been running for a few years but hasn’t blossomed as I had hoped. I am wondering whether to change it or close it down.

I would love some honest feedback on the site. Should I add a parenting forum? Should I make it specifically for parents in the North of England? I would love a think tank discussion.

I think that it's a great idea and the layout is lovely.
My 'kids' are in their 40's now and grandkids in secondary but I'd still read this.

Probably because there is lots of competition in this area - there is the mush app, mumsnet local and the peanut app. They are just the ones that come to mind. I’m sure from your own market research you will know about others too.
