I hope this is the right place to post this thread, but I couldn't see anywhere else... My little boy's been vomiting and has had a very 'upset' stomach since Monday. I know this is not a major problem, but I was really wanting tips on the best things to feed him. He's still breastfed and I've been giving him water too. We've resorted to baby rice at mealtimes as he won't touch anything else. He really seems to be losing weight, and although my doctor's not concerned, I am. Any advice would be gratefully received...

Breastmilk and more breastmilk. If he's up for it, then see if he will eat BRAT - banana, rice, apple or toast.

Hope he's better soon.

yup, breastfeed if thats what he wants. Important to keep him hydrated. Don't worry about weight unless it goes on and on and on.
When he can keep down water and breastmilk then is the time to start some very light food. See if that stays down, then more.
dd2 had norwalk for 2 weeks when she was 6 months old (caught it at the hozzie). I thought she was gonna be puking and splatting for ever. She ended up in hozzie (only cos she has CP) and vomited all over the consultant who marched in and said 'nothing wrong with this child, why is she here?'
Good luck

Thanks! Will keep breastfeeding... Feels like it's going to last forever at the moment, he's not getting better at all.
