Dry at night but waking early to wee

Just wondered if anyone else's dc went through this and if anything helped. My 3 yo dd has started to be dry overnight and then wakes up around 5.30/6 needing to wee. Great that she is dry overnight but she won't go back to sleep afterwards. Before this she was waking at nearer 7. Any ideas? Is it just one of those things? Hoping she'll get to at least 6.30 soon...

Could you wake her to do a wee when you go to bed? We do this with my dc and he barely wakes up, does a wee on the potty and then goes straight back to sleep. It means he lasts all night afterwards then.
