School night - 8pm, lights out 8.30pm
Holidays - more like 9 /9.30pm but if he's tired and grumpy then earlier

Y3, 7.30 to be settling to sleep by about 8.15 - holidays up to an hour later but she's a grumpy sod without enough sleep so anything later is an issue

7:30 to be asleep before 8:30 on a school night.

In holidays 8:30/9

In bed about 8.45 and asleep by 9.15/9.30

8pm.
Occasionally later in the holidays, but too many late nights make her grumpy. She goes a bit later on a Friday since she has cricket until 8pm and doesn't get home to 8.30 at the earliest.

7yr old around 8.30pm here, sleeps.till 7.30 the next morning. Sometimes 9pm on a Friday or in the holidays and then sleeps a bit later the next morning

Just 8yr old. Bed at 7.30pm on school nights (reads for 10-15 minutes asleep by 7.45) 8pm on weekends.

8pm on school nights.

9pm on weekends/holidays.

Not overly strict on this though and sometimes we do stuff that means she's up later.
