Baby has been having the odd premade formula over the past few months, usually HIPP or cow and gate. I decided to start reducing breastfeeding and we bought a tub of Kendamil.. and oh my DDs poor skin. She's had it once a day for the past 5 days and she is covered in eczema/hives. Feeling awful as thought the appearance of eczema was heat related but as it got out of control today I realised the only thing different for her has been this formula :(

Going to GPs hopefully tomorrow. Did anyone else find this with Kendamil? I'm guessing it's due to the high whole cows milk content.

Wondering how long it will take to clear up.

I havent used kendamil bit thought it had goats milk not cow milk?

Sorry can’t offer any valuable advice apart from maybe not give anymore of that formula till you speak to GP?

Hope she gets better soon

Definitely no more formula! This one is cows but you are right they do sell a goats milk version.

Not quite the same as My DD has a cows milk allergy but that causes her to have really bad eczema, if she has had some it usually takes 3-4 days of it completely out of her system for the eczema to clear up and get under control, the GP can prescribe a steroid cream which will speed up it clearing up

Hi, we’ve just had the exact same thing happen. Just wondered what formula you moved to next or whether your little one had the same reaction with other brands? We’re having a few days off formula before we reintroduce it and trying to decide what brand to use.
FYI - my little boy is breastfed but wanting to introduce formula a bottle or two a day.
