9 month old no baby classes for 6 weeks, what to do?

I attend baby classes daily. It's the only way I can get through the day. On top of that I take my baby for a walk daily and to see family and friends for a bit daily too. I've just come to find out baby classes won't be running over the six weeks holidays and have no idea how I'm going to fill the days! We live in an area that doesn't really have much going on and by the time I get somewhere, it will be time for a nap or food etc. Anyone have any suggestions? I have no idea how I'm going to get through the six weeks!

See family and have them visit you too.

Go swimming?

Library?

Park, feed the ducks?

Do you know any other parents with you kids?

There’s heaps to do surely - swimming? Beach? Parks for a picnic? I find my days fly past with my 4 month old - sometimes all I do is go for a coffee and cake and a big walk and chill in the park!

Farms? Zoo? Soft play

I would suggest getting the numbers of the mum's at baby groups and organise a daily meet up in the park or coffee shops to keep you all going? Or in your own garden? At that age the baby section of the soft play was really helpful too.

Theres lots you can do such as swimming, park walks, soft play depending on babies age, trips to the library, visit a beach, go shopping etc.

I would say though that it's OK to sit and do very little too, baby will be just as content with some toys at home. It's probably not a great habit to get into for you to feel like you cannot cope unless you go to an activity, for a walk and to visit family every day.

It is hard, I love baby classes but in some ways it’s also nice to chill a bit too. I’m planning lots of pram walks and NationalTrust trips!

Also maybe just relax a bit! Watch some tv and chill
