Sleeping issues 7 month old

My 7 month old daughter was a good(ish) sleeper but just recently has become a nightmare!

We rock her to sleep, transfer her to the cot, then boom.... She flips to her side, onto her front and then cries repeatedly until we pick her up...!! She's just started to crawl (not quite steady or fast yet) and I think this might be the reason why she's flipping over onto her tummy in the cot. Ends up face planting the mattress and getting upset.

Any tips?
Has anyone experienced this?

She's fine asleep on her back in the pushchair.

We used swimming noodles under the fitted sheet to help, we used a Grobag which helped to stop him waking up through being cold if he kicked everything off x

Ah my 8 month old does this. I think her brain is just wired to be honest and can’t switch off, so she automatically starts trying to move. I just keep turning her back onto her side and eventually she gets tired enough that she drops off, but it does take ages. Sorry that probably isnt what you wan’t to hear, but I guess it’s just another one of those phases they go through and hopefully it’ll pass for us both soon x
