My 7 month old has the end of a cold and cough and today in baby group she started coughing lots while crying and it sounded like she was choking , I patted her on the back and she was eventually fine after but it was such a scary moment. I now can't settle and I have bad anxiety I've been crying on and off since it happened (I was weirdly calm when dealing with jt) but it's just shook me up and I don't want to stop hugging her now. Is the coughing/choking normal when a baby has cried too much? Can someone make me feel better, I'm sat here just shaking and overthinking. Just having a bad day
