Sippy cup advice (transition from bottles)

Hi my formula fed baby is 11 months and whilst she's started having some cows milk without a problem, it's proving harder to switch her from bottles to free flow cups. She's not adept at holding a two handled cup and getting the spout in her mouth, despite practice with water at every meal and in between. The different types of cups have also had mixed success. The Tommee Tippee free flow spout one seems to confuse her as the spout is hard plastic and so she drinks hardly anything from it. We also have a silicone spout cup which is a bit better but involves more sucking like a bottle teat. I also bought a swanky looking Nu 360 sippy cup only to discover that the baby must suck, and it's definitely not free flowing.

Anyone whose baby was formula fed, how did you manage this transition please, without your baby drastically reducing milk intake suddenly? I fear I should have cracked this at an earlier age.

Also she still has 3 bottles, one before each nap / bed so there's a sleep association i think.

What does she drink out of at meals time?
