Sleep Training/moving away from co-sleeping

Hi All,
My Little girl is nearly 8 months. She is a good baby eats very well and has always slept reasonably.

She went through a phase of being rocked to sleep, which we moved away from and I managed to comfort her by just laying next to her instead. She now has been co sleeping for the last few weeks.

Our current bedtime routine (less than ideal)

Bath, story, book, bottle, falls asleep next to me on our bed, after 10mins lift her in her cot, she sleeps in there 7.30-midnight when she wakes, depsite countless attempts of the same settle and put back she will not go back in her cot after this time.

I feel as though she is attached to our bed instead of us. I can just lay her down and she will go from screaming to asleep without me even next to her.

Help 😬
