2 and a half year old suddenly fussy eater and refusing to feed herself?!

I'm at a loss, DD was a great eater and has fed herself since and early age using a spoon and fork, the past few weeks shes refused to eat what I make her and refuses to use a spoon or fork unless I feed her. WTH is going on? Is it a pushing boundaries thing or is something wrong?!

My DS never went through this so I'm stumped!

Anything changed at home?

Does she go to any form of childcare where younger children have started?

It may be a phase, my DD is the same age and has become quite fussy just recently too it’s frustrating. She will feed herself a few mouthfuls if it’s something she will eat and then say mummy help 🤷🏼‍♀️ But then some days I say do you want some help and she says no me do it.

No changes and she doesn't go nursery yet, we are in the process of sorting her a few days a week.

Shes fine in herself otherwise Confused

Mine similar age has taken to throwing food about.

I think it’s because her back molars are coming in and her mouth is a bit sore. She is also not liking getting her teeth brushed whereas previously she was fine.

Mine goes to nursery and her key worker said she wasn’t eating as enthusiastically as she has been previously.
So definitely related to her back teeth I think.

Interesting my DD has all her teeth so it can't be that x
