Pram pushing and snow. Sore elbow for nearly 5 months.

Hi.

A little bit of advice would be great as it’s not too easy getting a doctors appointment just now with the pandemic.

I went to the shop maybe mile away in February when we had relatively deep snow. I took my baby in his pram and yes it was a nightmare and no I don’t recommend doing it Confused

Anyway my elbow has been sore ever since, it’s slightly larger than my other elbow but not hugely. If I straighten my arm, push the pram, open doors and other menial things it’s really painful and im unsure whether maybe it’s a strained muscle albeit a long time not to have healed or if I’ve maybe fractured a bone or whatnot?

Any advice would be great before I bother the doctors.

Thank you

It’s unlikely to be a fracture. More likely a repetitive strain injury from pushing the pram. Nothing anyone can do to help or advise on MN - only a doctor can do that. You may need a referral to a physio, or you could pay for one privately.
