Teething baby spitting up/mini vom?

FTM with teething baby. Is it normal for them to be sick more frequently when teething? LO hardly ever spits up but seems to be doing it much more since her teething has become worse. I've heard of teethers have bad nappies but not this...

DD1 used to always properly vomit at 3 in the morning the day before she got a new tooth.

Oh dear not looking forward to that then!!

My boy has reflux which has gotten better since weaning. He's 8.5 months now and can tell a new tooth is coming when he gets sicky. My HV explained something about skin cells coming away to make way for the tooth getting swallowed, which then sit in their bellies and raise the acidity, which in turn brings on the sicky relux. Our something like that!

We've just had teeth 3 and 4 through last week and now he's sicky and grouchy again so I think we may have another!
