5 week old feeding less in the hot weather?

Hello, my 5 week old usually takes 3-4oz of breastmilk (I'm exclusively expressing) every 3h but it's gone down to 2oz, here and there 2 1/2 but it's worrying given that it's really hot. Should I call the GP?

He's still got wet nappies but not quite as much as before which makes sense.

@gemloving are you stripping him off to feed is he properly awake ? The heat can make them sleepy/ dopey and not as alert as usual
