Poor you. I tested positive when I went into hospital to be induced, so nearly 42 weeks. Didn’t know until routine test came back! No symptoms whatsoever. The only difference in my care was that after surgery I had my own room with bathroom (which was quite nice actually)... put mask on when they came to check on me etc. Continued to feed baby, no tests needed for baby as they don’t really get it or symptoms etc. Was out the same day, that was probably the biggest difference (think they wanted to get the COVID lady out of hospital!), but that suited me really well... was nice to be home and have a takeaway!! However baby was feeding really well and we had no medical issues at all.. good luck you will be fine
