10 month old spotty cheek rash - pic included

Has anyone else's baby had something similar, and did you find anything that helped?

I rang the HV and they said it's probably eczema, but it doesn't respond to eczema creams like the rashes behind her knees do. She's had it on both cheeks for at least a couple of months now. They're like actual spots that look as though they could be popped. I leave them alone and they don't seem to bother her, but I feel that something must be irritating her for it to always be there and not improving.

Could you try aloe vera gel, they sell it in boots to see if it will sooth and calm it down. It doesn't look like excema.

Perhaps just give the Dr a call and have a chat, they need to see the photo you have sent. Hope it clears up for you both soon.

If it isn't bother in her and hasn't got worse I would just leave it alone. These things usually clear up given time. It honestly doesn't even look that bad - I wouldn't notice it unless you point it out.
