Do I need a vest with a romper?

Now the weather is getting hot I want to dress my baby DD in a romper. Is it okay to put her in just a romper and a nappy or will the nappy slip down without a vest to hold it in place?

You don't need a vest, particularly if it is very hot. They do help keep the nappy in place but they're not an essential especially when it's very warm!

If the nappy is done up correctly you shouldn't need a vest to hold it in place

Definitely just need a romper. Mine barely wore vests at all for a number of months unless she was literally only wearing a vest as she was born in July.
