My LO turned 11 months the other day and he has just turned so clingy and grumpy. He now hates being put down and will constantly crawl over to climb on our legs, he is refusing milk and will only have around 10oz a day (but still loves his food and wolfs that down), he has also randomly started bear crawling instead of his usual crawl. I don’t know if this is developmental, but he isn’t going through a leap at the moment, so unsure what’s wrong 😪

How do you know he isn't going through a leap in development? My daughter was like this at around 12 months and had an awful sleep regression. Everything like this is a phase and will pass eventually. Its difficult but try to relax and just take each stage as it comes. 10oz of milk sounds like quite a lot to me, and if he is eating lots of solids then nothing to worry about there.

I have the wonder weeks app and it tells me when he is going through a leap.
He should be having over 17oz a day, but only having 10oz all together during the day.

Look at your baby, not an app, for clues about their development.

My DD was a bit like that before she suddenly walked - I think she was just frustrated about not being upright yet.

The app can't be right about every baby...it often told me mine was going through a 'leap' when he was clearly fine and vice versa. Ignore the app!

I used the WW app too and usually found it was a few weeks out so could be the case for your baby? I know it's tiring but just give him some cuddles and it will eventually pass. I remember my DD being like this and it would drive me to the brink. I'd clock watch until 4pm and then stick The Wiggles on for her for some peace, 30 mins before dad got home to take her!
