Help with 6 year old toileting

Reposting from children's health as no replies and still struggling.

6 year old daughter has ongoing problems after going for a poo. It always takes a while to clean, whether she does herself (she's not keen to but can when encouraged), or if I help.
She had a reasonably varied diet, loves fruit and veg and eats plenty daily, only drinks water except a probiotic with breakfast.
She won't eat dates/ raisins and we've tried bran flakes which makes no difference.
Looking for any suggestions what could help please!

I'm struggling to understand your problem. Does she always have soft stools? Is that why it takes a while to get her cleaned up?

Yes, always soft but formed. Just wondering if there's anything else dietary we can try to help
