Pigmentation marks on baby

My baby is 7.5 months old and today I noticed some pigmentation marks on the back of her legs. I'm pretty sure she used to have some eczema here but I can't totally remember!

I'll of course call the doctors on Tuesday when they open put has anyone else had any experience with this with their babies?

My little boy has something similar on his face. I mentioned it to the doctor once and he said it was very common in kids and normally resolves itself by the time they’re teens. He is also very eczema prone so perhaps it’s linked? Of course see the GP though if you’re worried x

Doc said just to keep an eye on it for now x
