Need some advice I brought nuk bottles for my baby at two weeks old as she wasn't coping with Tommie tippee bottles as they was to big and couldn't latch, they are brilliant bottles but they are now nearly 4 weeks old and the tears I find have gone to what seems thicker and she didn't seems to be able to get much from them she has to work really hard but I brought a new one the other day and she drunk it so quick, why is this happening after not even 4 weeks they are the brown latex ones also the temperature gage on them has stopped working also is it because of my steriliser that I'm using I'm using the tommee tippee electric one, would you suggest getting the nuk microwave one and then buying all new tears, I don't want to buy them all again and it happen again, has anyone else had a problem like this with these bottles

We use multiple bottles and cold water/Milton for sterilising. I think the teats go a bit opaque after a while.

Do you check the air opening is still working? I check this each time and give it a wiggle to check the cross is still fully opening, IYSWIM.

Not sure re the temp gage, but you could double check the instructions online to see about steak sterilising?

Yeah it's just weird as the ones I brought before the two the temp still works fine

Also I tried wiggling but can't seem to see if the cross is opening or not

I would say if you can't see it, it's not opening. My son suffers with bad wind sometimes and these teats really help with letting the excess air escape!
