Can eating spicy food cause baby acne for breastfed babies? I’ve noticed my baby has had a lot more baby acne than usual, is it because of the food I’m eating?
Also he has nappy rash so wondering if the spice is making him poo more and giving him a sore bum?
Will be cutting down on the spice regardless.
