Should I leave baby's window open

Hi all

Sorry this might be a really silly question! Baby's room is 23.8 degrees (we're in a new build so always boiling!) I've got baby in short sleeved vest and 1 tog sleep bag. Should I also keep her window open?

I've gone by the guidance on the sleep bag and what she should wear but I'm still worried she might get too hot? I tried a fan but it just pushes warm air around

Any advise would be most appreciated!

Are you on top floor? Could it be left open but on a latch?

I personally would.

@ncforthispost1 I would but we have a duck pond in front of our house and they often make noise in the night (who knew!?) I made that mistake last time and it woke baby up

I've kept her bedroom door open instead I'm hoping that will be okay

If it's still too warm then I'll just have to open the window and hope for the best

Put a white noise machine in room to drown out outside noise 😀
