What kind off snacks do you give the kids like nice easy on the go snacks that ain't to high suger? I use to buy a lot off the baby sort off ones but trying to move away from them but don't know where to look to replace them sort off things my kids love rice cakes as snacks so we have moved to the bigger side cakes the love the baby sort off oat bars, baby biscuits and biscottis and stuff like that!

I do crackers, breadsticks, ritz crackers, adult size rice cakes, adult size oat bars/cereal bars that I check for not too much sugar etc. I still give baby crisps to my 4 year old as she loves actual crisps but I try to reduce how often she has them. Also little cheese snacks and popcorn.
