What happens to blockages when you stop breastfeeding?

I’m currently weaning, very gradually off breastfeeding. I’ve ended up with lumpy wedge shape blockages. One that’s lasted 5 days and another has come on today. My question is what happens to these if they’re not shifted and you stop feeding. Do they eventually dry up and Shrink back to normal? I can’t seem to shift them and worried I’ll have lumps forever!! Thanks in advance

Try to massage these out as they may be blocked ducts and cause infection

I found warm compress and massage helped
