Hey all I’m using a braun ear thermometer, my daughter is nearly 2 and her temperature is NEVER lower than 37, usually 37.2 and even 37 when she’s just in her nappy. What is everyone else’s child’s age and temperature?

At night she also sweats so much when she falls asleep and I only put her to sleep in her nappy, her hair is ringing wet and she’s wet to and the pillow,it’s his usual?

Thankyou all xxxx

37 is body temp, its fine.

My daughter is ALWAYS 35. Her twin is 37, I'm 37, husband is 37. we've tested the thermometer over and over. We've joked she's a lizard. She's ten now and still the same, when she was small I had her at the doctors several times.

Theyre both sweaty in bed though, I think that is pretty normal.

Thankyou so much for your reply. Just a worrying time for me as she has lymph nodes in her groin and neck that have been there a while so just checking my other concerns are ok xxx

Have you taken her to see the GP?

My DD sits around 37, this is a normal temperature though, and she is always warm but excessive sweating and the fact you have mentioned lymph nodes warrants a trip to your doctors.

I have been to the doctors and said about her lymph nodes but they said children’s lymph nodes do swell
