Title says it all lol... EBF and used to sleep terribly but then got into a good routine. 9.30pm till 5.30am then another sleep till 9am ish! It was amazing... now I’m putting him down at 9.30pm and he is waking 11.30, 1/2am , 4am, 6am, 7am !! It varies but to put it nicely it’s a terrible nights sleep every night. Any advice? He doesn’t know how to self soothe, I feed to sleep every night and he’s a mummy’s boy. We co sleep.. but I can’t sleep comfortably in the “c” position so I have him on the other side of the bed and pick him up for each feeding. Yes I might of made the habit but he used to do 9.30-5.30 so no idea what happened there
