Hi all,

I'm looking to get my 3 month old into more of a routine now.

What routine should I be following for a 3 month old that starts at 8.30am?

Thanks all

You need to do what works for you and your baby.

At 3 months wake time is usually somewhere between 60 and 90 minutes. Feeding every 3/4 hours.

So if the baby wakes at 8:30am it would be something like:

8:30am Feed
10am Nap
11:30am Feed
1pm Nap
2:30p Feed etc. etc.

As long as the routine is feed/play/nap/feed/play/nap you're on the right lines. Adjust the timing to what suits your baby and be ready to change it almost as soon as you establish it because they grow and change so quickly at this age!

My lo is 8 weeks. We are up a bit earlier due to school run for older ones but this is what we do;

7am wake up and bottle
8am ish, naps on and off for an hour
10am bottle
11am nap around 30 mins
12pm nap around 40 mins
1pm bottle
2:30 nap around an hour
4pm bottle
5pm nap around 1hr/90 mins (sometimes on and off)
7pm bottle
7:30/8 bath, story, cuddle and bed around 8:30

Xx
