Hi all

I have a 3 mnth old little boy and i am breastfeeding him only. I am due back at work September and want to stop breastfeeding by this time, i cant express at work, dont even have anywhere to store milk, also I would like to try and conceive a second baby, we had issues ttc ds1 and want to try sooner than later, i dont think periods return whilet bfeeding, question is how soon do i need to stop bfeeding to move gradually onto formula? my mum will be taking care of him when im at work. I know im going to be engorged etc I am when i dont feed him for an hour haha, when this happens do i express a little to take the pain away or will that not help.. im so confused.. we tried him on powder formula when he was 2 mnths as i had mastitis and he got an upset tummy if anyone has recommendations for foruma milk for 6 mnths that would be great, for reference we usedaptimil breast substitute powder - when your babies were weaned at 6 mnths how much milk did they need in day and night? Sorry for all the questions x
