Pants talk for 3 year old

Hello all, please can I have some advice for starting the Pants talk with 3 year old DS. Someone on another thread said it's never to early to start this... So feel it's time. DS has just started nursery, and he's very vocal/understands a lot but I'm clueless as to how to approach this.

Back in the day, this wasn't a thing, or at least we were only ever told not to talk to strangers. Any tips greatly appreciated.

TIA

We bought the book "My Underpants Rule" by Kate and Rod Power. The rhyming is a bit iffy but it's good for repetition and a reminder of who is allowed to do changing at nursery etc.

We also talk a lot about bodily autonomy, not just around underpants, but around tickles, deciding how we say hello / goodbye to people, asking in advance for a cuddle etc. If DC is touching me and I don't want to be touched, I ask them to stop, and ask who is in charge of my body. It works quite well and even at 3.5 has a good understanding of what is and isn't ok.

The NSPCC has a cartoon called pantasaurus which is on YouTube which is good for explaining this to young children.
