Snapping at 3 years old

I feel like the worst mother ever I just had a baby 5 weeks ago.
For the past few weeks I've been snapping at my 3 years old haven't hit him just been shouting.
I feel really bad right now :(

You aren’t the first, don’t worry, children are resilient, he will still love you, “sorry I don’t mean to shout, Mummy is just tired” Just make a fuss of him when you can so he doesn’t feel left out. Don’t feel bad, you’ve been through a lot having just had another baby, hope you have help and support and find time for some quality time with your 3yo, and for yourself.
