Baby fighting against bottle - HELP!

Hi, our 7 week old has resent my started fighting against his bottle part the way through his feed.

He has never been a baby to take massive volumes (HV aware but as he gains weight there’s no concern) but recently he’s started taking 30/40ml, pushing the bottle out and after winding (sometimes he has none) he then fights and cries against the bottle but eventually takes a bit more to get him up to around 60ml

We give him infacol before feeds which normally works for his wind but other than that, im at a total loss as to what to do for him.

He isn’t showing any other signs that are indicating reflux but does have a slight tongue tie although from day 1 has always had a strong sucking action

Any comments or advice are welcome as I’m honestly struggling.

Which bottles are you using? Some are better than others.
If he ff? After trying different bottles you could try a different formula.

If he gaining weight online with his centile then that would suggest he has just had enough milk.

Have you tried a different bottle or a faster teat? Flow might be too slow for him.

If changing bottles/teats don't help, Rowena Bennett's book on bottle feeding aversion has very good tips.
