New mum here my baby's has just turned 4 months he keeps dribbling and putting his hands in his mouth. He bites down on my finger if he gets a hold of them

Yup, sounds like teething. Mine is 4 mo corrected and is doing the exact same thing, also rubbing her cheeks and pulling her ears. I can see the teeth so close to the surface
