Afternoon, I'm trying to get more veg in my 2.5 year old. She eats some for tea but I would like her to have some in her lunch box for nursery.

Apart from carrot stick and cucumber sticks has anyone got any other ideas on how to get veg in a lunch box that will stay fresh for lunchtime

Many thanks x

Cherry toms, little pot of mange tout/sugar snap peas, half an avocado (squirt of oil and then cover in clingfilm), raw cauli/broccoli, pepper slices?

Little veggie muffins? I grate carrot and/or courgette in so my veg hater won't notice.

Tomatoes (one salad one, cut in half), pepper sticks, snap peas, frozen peas (they’ll thaw), soups, pastas or other things with sauces.
