I'm worried that my child is always bored

Hi everyone- I'm worried that when I'm busy at work or at home cooking, my child is getting bored? What tools do you usually give them to keep them occupied? Is it games, screen time etc?

Would really appreciate the insight!

If my child ever complained about being bored (which I find ridiculous given the toys, games, screens etc available) I quickly found them something to do - age appropriate housework. Funnily enough she wasn’t bored that often. I honestly don’t see that boredom is a bad thing. We all get bored, we just need to learn how to manage it and find something to occupy us.

Ours have a tablet each, lots of toys, boardgames, access to TV with a few services they can choose from, each other to play with and a dog to bother. Eldest has a phone too (teenager), don't see her much.
They will still moan they are bored sometimes but so am I and I've got lots of stuff to do, welcome to the joy of life kids.
