Hey everyone, just like some advice. I have 3 children 2 have a bug aswell as me and there father. It's a violent bug and has my carpet messed up right now😳. Projectile vomit ever half hour/a hour or so I've kids throwing up including ourselves. How did people cope when this poorly? The sickness has pulled my back as I can barley move. What's best to calm down nausea and sickness. My youngest has it for 3 days he seems a lot better today! I started lastnight sane with eldest and dad started this morning. Daughter says she's got bellyache but not sick yet.

Corrr that is grim OP 😭 honestly though, you just cope, what else can you do?! Don’t want to risk giving it to anyone else! I had hyperemesis in 2019 & frankly, I’ve no idea how I did it looking back. OnlyI was ill obviously but dear god was I poorly. I’d be bathing my 2 year old & turning to vom in the toilet behind me. Vile. But I got through 9 months of that hell some how!

Sickness wise, I speak from a lot of experience ha. Keep up the hydration. Do you have someone who can leave some bits on your doorstep? Hydration sachets are fab & also flat lucosade. When you do attempt food, very plain. White bread, plain rice, crackers, rich tea biscuits. Could try some mints or ginger is meant to settle the stomach? Posh ginger biscuits with actual ginger in them! Although I’d have happily thrown a ginger biscuit at the next person to tell me to have some ginger beer to stop vomming 30+ times a day. 🙄

It’ll pass, least you’ve all had it! Hopefully this time next week just an unpleasant memory & a carpet cleaner needed 🙏🏼🙏🏼
