Best hair gel/products to keep baby’s hair in place?

Hi there, just wanted to find out what are the best baby friendly hair products/gel for my toddler. Her hair is starting to get curly and when I tie it up, it looks very messy due to the small short curls on the sides. Any recommendations would be appreciated, thanks!

I’ve never used anything on my DDs’ hair. Clips, bands, yes but not products. Just never seen the need.

Nothing mine had very very messy looking hair for a few years

Nothing- my little girl has crazy messy curly hair - I think this will be the status quo until I can persuade her that hair styling is not a form of torture....

I use My Little Coco Curling Custard on my toddlers hair as her curls can be quite frizzy. And then use clips to tame the short bits around the front.

Baby - nothing as her hair was straight
Toddler - wide tooth comb, Cantu kids products from Boots/Superdrugs and a spray bottle of water. Her hair is never tied up and she had it first trimmed at about 16 months.

Ooh thanks I might try this. Just found a dread lock in my girls’ curls so I need to do something, clearly!

I’ve bought cantu & coco shampoo n conditioners before, so will give their hair styling products a try! Thanks xx
