Is this baby acne?

Hi everyone! My DD is 5 weeks and over the last few days these have appeared on the back of her neck and I'm not sure if it's baby acne or not? My eldest DD never got baby acne so not sure what it looks like. Thank you!

Might be eczema or heat rash? Try a bit of sudo cream. Xx

Yes I think baby acne. My little ones had it at about the same age. It got better over a couple of weeks and went completely in about a month for older old. Younger one still has it but improving at nearly seven weeks

Looks like the baby acne that my one had, all over her face bless her! HV confirmed it was baby acne rather than eczema.
We washed her face with cotton wool and water daily and put some Aveeno baby on any particularly dry looking patches and it cleared up in a couple of weeks.

I’d say sweat rash. Try and make sure she wears cotton as much as possible against her skin.
And I’d swap your washing powder to something like Surcare, and stop using softener.
