Babysitter during lockdown

Are paid for, casual babysitters allowed yet?

I know it seems silly but I can't find the info when I Google

Not sure if allowed but we have had one (a nanny) throughout the whole covid situation (but then we have no other people nor any "bubbles").

FWIW we all had covid (isolated, then when it passed just went on as before).

I believe paid childcare (an all paid work that takes place in someone else's home e.g. cleaners) is allowed now.
