I've always fed my two on demand day & night, both settled into a pattern from about 8 weeks or so and then that alters as they get older. I add an extra ounce of milk when bottles are being completely drained. At night I keep it dark & quiet, do the feed and get back into bed as quickly as possible!

Feed them when they are hungry, which at that stage is pretty much every time they wake up. They settle into their own pattern fairly quickly and they're all different. As pp said, increase bottles when they are being drained.
