...a bit of Context:
My daughter is 10 years old and is between 7st-7.5st (unsure exactly as I try not to weigh her often), she's put on more weight over lockdown although she's always been big boned. She's active outdoors if the weather is good and does several sports (Martial Arts, Football, Climbing, Swimming, Sailing). She has a compulsion when it comes to food (hiding food, stealing food like crackers, fruit, cereal etc) but this has largely stopped since she started taking medication for her ADHD. Although the medication suppresses her appetite she still hasn't lost any significant weight (as far as I can see).
My husband is built like a rugby player but his family is overweight/obese, I'm small / petit (8.5st) so are my family and my son. I cook from scratch and there are no chocolate, sweets or takeaways etc in the house other than on occasions. I'm at a loss as to how to help my daughter with her weight issues
My other issue is that she wears age 13-14 clothes but she doesn't have the height to wear some of it (unless it's cropped). Is there a clothing company that have larger sizes for children or are more generous?
Thanks for any help.
