Mine is 2 next month, we have:
Tuna mayo pasta with sweetcorn
Cheese and ritz type crackers with salad sticks
Cheese on toast
Homemade tomato and red pepper soup or tinned tomato with bread to dunk in
Cheesy pasta with leftover vegetables
Cinnamon and rasin bagel, salad sticks

Homademade vegetable egg muffins

Cheese and broccoli bites
Puff pasty tomato cheese and vegetable pin wheels
These I freeze and get out when I need them the night before.
I add things like, fruit, cubes of cheese, occasionally crisps, cocktail Sausages etc.
