Short naps

Hi all. My 6 month baby only ever does short naps (30-45 mins) any tips?? Have done all the obvious! Sleeps in dark room, white noise, appropriate wake windows, never feeds to sleep etc

My DD started to nap for longer at 7 months - I think it’s just a time thing unfortunately! She just started doing it herself one day.
