New mum and staying healthy

Hi all!
Looking for some advice. I have a 3 week old baby that I'm breastfeeding , I had an emergency c section and recovering pretty well but still have to take it easy on the activity front and I'm only walking at the moment.
However I'm struggling to find easy, quick and healthy things to eat and snack on during the day. I can make a coffee and oats one handed and that sees me through morning, maybe with a banana if I eat early.
But then snacks are usually belvita, if anything, and lunch maybe pasta or a quick sandwich. Dinners are ok as my partner can look after baby while I cook, although we are having more takeaways than usual which is easy but not very healthy.
Does anyone have any healthy, quick and easy snack and lunch ideas I can either grab while baby naps, or make one handed haha! And although easy and healthy dinners I can make when I really can't be bothered?

Thank you 😀

Should have also added, I want to make sure I'm eating enough good stuff to keep my milk supply high.

I started eating nakd bars as snacks when I had my first baby and the more healthy type of granola bars. Also yoghurts; plain yoghurt with granola in particular. I was a bit hit and miss with lunch but an easy healthy one I found was pasta, salad, cooked chicken and cherry tomatoes with pesto. It takes a few minutes to prepare but can be eaten one handed. I ate quite a lot of tuna too either in a sandwich, with pasta or jacket potato.
Does your DP not cook? In the early days my DP cooked or we ate some of the ready to cook meals from the supermarket. As time went on I started prepping dinner earlier in the day so that I’d have chicken cut up ready etc

I would roast quite a lot of veggies then can mix in with hummus/feta/microwave rice packets. I’d roast a lot and keep in the fridge for a couple of days.
Toast with peanut butter/banana is balanced and easy- sprinkle some salt on too!
Cook meals are super handy too. I’d also batch cook standard mince with stock/garlic/Passata then use some for pasta/chilli/baked pots.
Gnocchi is also delish out of the oven with pesto.
Buying the bags of al fredo and pre chopped frozen veg was perfect when patch cooking- it saved loads of time!

Thank you @user648482729 I'll add nakd bars to the shop! DP doesn't cook, he can just about do pesto pasta but I'm a bit of a control freak in the kitchen and like cooking things to my taste haha!
@Summerzz123 love the roasted veg idea hadnt thought of that, will maybe add a bit of feta or something too! We had the new parents cook meals for the first week back, they were lush! All really good ideas, thank you!
@Caspianberg yes soups, don't know why I hadn't thought of that haha! Thank you!
