Just wondering if anyone has any good toy suggestions or activities for an 8 month old?

Links or specific toy names would be appreciated, thank you!

Push along walker. Bright coloured plastic with lots of buttons to press. Even typing this is giving me flash backs to the 'hello puppy calling you' and my youngest is 8 years.

Pop up tunnel.

Paddling pool. For water in summer... Or just as a safe place to keep them in one place in the garden before they learn to escape.

Stuff from round the house. A pan and a wooden spoon. Emptying out the clothes pegs. A cereal box. Toilet roll tubes. Pasta in a bottle as a shaker. IKEA plastic juice cups and bowls.

treasure baskets - have a look around the house and see what you've got, things like boxes and tubes, wooden spoons, brushes, scarves etc.
Sensory bottles - repurposed drinks bottles with glitter and water, food colouring, oil, bubbles, rice, pasta etc.
Open ended toys like Grapat, Grimms or Tickit, these may seem expensive to start with but will be used throughout childhood.
