Baby only goes to bed at night immediately after a massive bottle.. how to break the cycle?

We would ideally go bottle, bath, massage or book then sleep. Our little one prefers to have either bottle at the end or want it interspersed between all of the activities above. Is there a way to break the cycle and get her not to rely on drinking herself to sleep? Baby is 3mo, I appreciate a fully formed routine is unlikely at this point but less reliance on milk would be great!

I have had a few babies in my life as I foster (and specialise in babies) they have, without exception, dropped the feed-to-sleep evening bottle when they are ready (usually once they have started eating solids). Be led by your baby and you won't go wrong Wink

Brush teeth when they start teething
30 sec they boob or bottle cuddle to sleep
Only do bath twice a week flick around with a couple of wet warm wipes every nappy change is more than enough

Im big on routine and I don’t feed to sleep but I always do the bottle last. A good burp at the end usually rouses them enough to go down sleepy but awake. I also dreamfeed until weaning is fully established, which was 7 months with my first. Teeth are done before bedtime bottle until about 1 when I switch the order. Stories are for daytime only until they’re toddlers as I find they overstimulate at bedtime. I cream creases as required but mine have always hated a full massage. Do whatever works to get them to sleep is my philosophy!

Your baby is only 3 months old. It should fall asleep after a bottle of milk. They will soon grow out of it, which they'll tell you by pushing the bottle away.
